The City Council considered an application from the Head Teacher at St Benedict's Catholic School and Performing Arts College. We have all read in the newspaper that the application has been refused. The report that was produced on the subject is publicly available and is available by using this link .

We did not support this application and thank all those people who went to the trouble of making their opposition known.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will take place at Fraser Hall in the Leyland's Estate on Thursday 15 July 2010 at 7.30pm. A copy of the agenda can be found by clicking on this link. A copy of the Minutes of the 2009 AGM from the link AGM Papers for 30 June 2009

Unfortunately, Irene Thomas will not now be able to make a presentation to the meeting. The time allocated will now be given over to outcome of the Parking Survey and the implications of the new parking arrangements for residents.

All are welcome to attend the meeting but only fully paid up members for the current year will be able to vote on items discussed.

If you have yet to renew your membership please do so before the meeting.
